The girls finished their show and struck a pose. The guys applauded loudly. They would have given them a standing ovation if that had been possible in the cockpit. As it was, at least parts of them were standing. The girls couldn’t hear the applause, but they could see that the guys approved of the show. They took a bow, and all but Bloom took off. Bloom pointed at Sky, then toward the side of the cruiser. “She’s wants me to open the door, ” Sky said. He pushed though the guys and made his way to the side door, then activated it. The door opened and the ramp extended. Bloom landed on the ramp. “Hey, baby. Did the guys like the show? ”
“What do you think? ”
“I think you’ve got a boner, which answers my question. ”
“What are you doing out here, besides giving everybody blue balls? ”
“Aw, don’t be that way. There’s nothing wrong with teasing if you plan to make good on it. When is your patrol over? ”
“Another three hours. ”
“Okay. Mark the coordinates of that clearing down there. Then come back when you guys are off duty. We’ll make it up to you. ”
“It’s a deal. ”
